I am in love with the vitality and happiness in this series of two (the sister coming in the next posting). That’s the last series from August 2022 - after that a longer break followed since I felt nauseous in the first trimester of my pregnancy. And now I feel the end is near 🤰🏻- but I still have couple of artworks from 2022 to post 😭 If you don‘t see any more postings in the next time, you know what happened 👶🏻

Here is a small guide on sizes, as they are often hard to imagine at home.
A1's and other paintings around 55x85cm are great masterpieces. Framed with a passepartout they gain whitespace around and are great stand-along paintings.
With such a size you get to admire the overall composition from far, and discover many little details upfront.
The A2-size resembling a typical poster is a perfect statement piece on an image gallery wall with many smaller pieces. It also works well as a stand-alone painting above a smaller table or couch.
However, in a larger room, you might find it too small for a singular eye-catching piece.
The A3 size is double the size of a typical printing paper. It's going to look great as part of a gallery wall.
It works especially well in smaller rooms as it doesn't making them look even smaller. A3s also look great next to each other.
A4 is the size of a typical printing paper and is a cute little painting that will look stunning on a gallery wall, as part of a tiny A4 collection, above the desk together with other pieces or on a narrow area of the wall that is separating the areas of the home.
I have various methods in my creative process. Some ideas arise while doodling in my sketchbook. Occasionally, I begin a new piece with leftover paint from another project, resulting in bold, energetic paintings. Other times, I start from my current feeling, choosing the first color & brush intuitively, closing my eyes or using my non-dominant hand. Once something is on paper, I analyze it and decide on the next steps. This unpredictability keeps the process exciting. Some works are 90% complete in a single session, while others may take months to finish.
I've always admired the raw energy and bold colors of the expressionist movement. My art exists somewhere between the figurative and abstract, as I don't aim for realism but end up creating fantasy landscapes.
Relationships with others and myself, nature, food, movies, and music. Learning new things, reading, travelling, everything that is new also can spark something inside and motivate me to capture it visually. I create consistently without waiting for an inspiration call and oftentimes one work inspires another and on and on it goes.
The meanings in my paintings revolve around authenticity and being true to oneself — the bravest, boldest, most genuine and vulnerable version. They are a reflection of my self-discovery, inviting viewers to explore their own inner worlds.
My artworks are not framed, but I'm happy to offer advice on suitable framing. Leave me a message, and I'll get back to you.
I'm delighted to create a painting in your preferred size and color scheme. While I can't replicate sold paintings, I can attempt to capture a similar essence.
I give my best to capture colors accurately in photographs. Please note that variations may occur due to different monitors, especially with night mode. Review the photos on various devices to ensure they align with your preferences.
Most paintings are mixed media on thick paper (300g) with acrylic colors. I often use inks, oil pastels, pencils, and acrylic markers additionally. All paintings are coated with protective acrylic varnish to prevent color fading and enhance stability.
Visit my Viennese home-studio to view the painting before making a purchase. I'm also happy to show you similar artworks not listed on the website, as I have around 300 available pieces.
